Given now that my favourite show in the Discovery channel is A Haunting .Recently, i went to my grandmothers house to watch . It is called (the hungry ghost) well ,the story begins with an American couple and their two daughters move into a very large mansion in Taiwan.It was near some hills and little did they know it that it was the hungry ghost festival as they were not told.The seller of the house before told them that this house is wonderful and so, the family bought it .while the mother was about to step into the house.someone/something pushed her,but when she turned back to see who it was,there was nobody at sight.She felt kinda strange and told the husband,but before that,she looked around the house and felt eeriness around.She went to tell her husband that she didn't like this place but her husband loves it,so,he decided them to stay as their own home and so,they did.They hired a chauffeur named hai which also will help in their daily needs.When the mother was trying to move things out,a tarantula(big hairy spider) jumped out of no where she was shocked to see it,so,she called the pest controller or what ever it is called to catch it.It was finally caught but he said that these type of tarantula usually come in pairs,so,if one is dead, there will be another one.Then they were more precocious
about it.The next night,when the older daughter was studying in bed alone,she something cold around her.She was scared,until then,she had weird nightmares every time so at the 3rd night she called went to her boy friends house and told him everything.He was also afraid but said that maybe this was just her imagination.So,he brought her back home and waited her in the car till she settles down.But when he was just to leave,he saw a woman with blond hair and white pajamas starring at him.and slowly walk away.He thought that it was her mother so,he just drive away.The next night,the younger sister was home alone in a room watching television but she heard knocking on her door.She thought that it was her mother forgot to take something and came back,but the knocking became louder.Then,she was really very scared.Suddenly,the door suddenly swing open and it(the ghost)went through her body enabling her eyeballs to become totally white.Soon later,the rest of the family came back.The mother asked what had happened,she just keep saying:"I'm scared I'm scared" and shivered in terror .Then,the parents called in a Taoist and after the investigating,he told them that this place was once a farm which was burned down leaving two dead bodies underground and came back because they do not have enough things they want which is called the hungry ghost,and so,he gave them talismans and was told to put it at all the doors in this house and said that he would come back the next night and so,they did.Until the next night,when the Taoist arrived,he called them to put the younger daughter in their neighbours house as he is afraid that the ghost would attack her.And after he perform the ceremony,he lit some candles and called the older sister to put offerings in the garden where the dead body were burried as she was supposed to do it alone.After that,the Taoist said that no one would ever build this kind of house in taiwan as whoever built it,he/she built it for death.After those terrible inciddents,everything was calm and peacefull
